In my work as a therapist, I see that for so many women, hitting mid-life brings huge challenges;
Feeling stressed, anxious &overwhelmed with mounting responsibilities - carrying the mental load.
A sense that you’re not where you’re meant to be in life as the pressure to ‘achieve’ certain milestones grows.
Plagued with guilt or resentment as you try desperately to balance demands of career and family life.
A lack of confidence and low self worth - not really liking the person you see in the mirror.
Repeating unhealthy patterns as a way of coping (perfectionism, drinking too much, online shopping…).
Unable to connect properly or communicate effectively in your significant relationships - feeling lonely.
This life stage is intense.
But what if it didn’t have to be this way? Or at least not all the time?
What if this life stage could, in fact, be brilliant?
I’m not promising I have all the answers, but I do have a pretty impressive toolkit of therapeutic teachings & techniques that I want to share with you. So that you can feel more in control of your life, more connected in your relationships and more like yourself again.
I’ve witnessed countless women restore their sense of selves and feel like they’re thriving in their lives again. My work as a therapist has taught me the core elements that need to be in place for these changes to happen, and I won’t stop until I’ve shared these tools with as many deserving women as possible, it’s my mission.
In ‘The Therapeutic Toolkit’ we’ll come together in a small group, there will be teachings, tools, techniques andhonest conversations about what this life stage is really like and how to make it better.
Maybe even brilliant.
