About Me

I’m Roxane — a psychotherapist and mum who’s helped hundreds of women move from overwhelm to self-compassion.

I created Juggle to Joy because I know first-hand how easy it is to lose yourself in motherhood and how life-changing it is to finally understand yourself more deeply. My mission is to help mums reconnect with themselves and rediscover what truly matters.
