Rest & Reflect
A Healing Day Retreat
Rest your weary bones & reflect on how far you’ve come.
An immersive body and mind experience combining Yin Yoga, therapeutic reflection and restorative practices. A gentle invitation to slow down, rest reflect on where you’ve been, and create space for what you need as the year draws to a close.
Sunday 15th Nov | The Well Lane, Ballybofey | 10am - 4pm | lunch included
This is a space to rest, reflect on how far you’ve come and put it all down for a while.
Join us for a deeply restorative day of rest, reflection and reconnection.
Away from the noise, the demands and the endless doing, you’ll be invited to slow down and turn your attention inward, to the parts of yourself that can get lost beneath the busyness of everyday life.
Together, through movement, stillness, therapeutic reflection and connection, we’ll explore the relationship between your body, mind and emotions. By creating space to listen more deeply, rest and reflect on where you are now, how far you’ve come, and what you want to carry forward.
You will experience…
A safe, warm and nurturing space where you can exhale, unwind and let yourself simply be, without having to achieve, fix or hold everything together.
A gentle exploration of the physical body through Yin Yoga and somatic awareness, inviting you to slow down, tune in and become more connected to what your body is communicating.
Restorative and energetic practices designed to help you settle, release tension and create a greater sense of balance and spaciousness within.
Therapeutic guidance and reflection, creating space to explore your emotions, reflect on your patterns and inner narratives with curiosity and compassion and to consider what may no longer be serving you.
Time for quiet reflection and connection, allowing you to pause and acknowledge how far you’ve come, what this year has taught you, and what you want more of moving forward.
And, of course, there will be time to simply enjoy being looked after, with a delicious and nourishing lunch, coffee and something sweet to enjoy during the day.

I walked down the street afterwards with a feeling of lightness and peace in and around my body, it was so nice. I felt light like a white feather. I loved it.

I felt so much more positive leaving today, and lighter. It was a privilege to sit & just be with other women. I felt we shared our similarities more than our differences. I am taking so much away from this.
