Escape to the peace of our beautiful countryside retreat for a day where you will be held and nurtured as you are guided to the deeper parts of yourself. The wise parts that whisper to you but that you push down, ignore, the busy mind taking over. The parts of you that know there is more, the parts that are DONE with the overwhelm, the frazzled nervous system, the feelings of not being good enough. You know that there is more to this life. Together we will explore all parts of you on a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level.

You will experience…

  • A gentle but deep dive into the physical body through yin yoga and somatic awareness to access and unlock the dense, stuck and heavy parts of you.

Meet your Hosts

This day brings together the unique experience and energies of two committed and thoughtful practitioners from the world of Yoga & Psychotherapy.

  • Niamh is the Founder of Ground, a yoga & energy hub designed to bring you closer to your self, by peeling back the layers and habits and allowing your true essence to shine.

    A qualified yoga teacher, energy therapist and nervous system regulation practitioner with over a decade of experience in Ireland and Australia.

    Niamh creates safe and nurturing spaces for you to dive deep into your heart & soul and works on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level allowing your whole being to be seen and held.


  • Psychotherapist & Workshop Facilitator

    As a qualified and accredited Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapist, Roxane holds a Master's Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).

    Her goal is to demystify and normalise Psychotherapy tools, teachings and techniques so that people feel worthy and deserving of the kind of support that can positively impact every aspect of their life, whatever their journey.

    Alongside her private practice in County Donegal, she facilitates healing group workshops, leads therapeutic support groups, and is passionate about public speaking, with a focus on promoting mental well-being and emotional resilience.

  • This retreat is for you if you are DONE with feeling overwhelmed by your emotions. It’s for anyone who is curious about finding better and healthier ways to move through the world. If you’re ready to unlock yourself from unhealthy patterns, and want to to reconnect to the wisdom of your mind, body and soul.

  • There is no expectation for you to go anywhere you’re not comfortable going or sharing anything you don’t want to, however this will be a safe non judgmental space and you will learn so much by sharing with others and being open to hearing from them.

  • Not a problem, no experience is needed. We will do gentle somatic yoga & yin yoga which is very beginner friendly and you will be expertly guided throughout by the teacher and with the use of props.

  • Bring yourself in comfy clothes, with an open mind. The rest will be provided for you.
